Not all things are what they appear to be at first glance!
It seems like so many times people use their past experiences and miscategorize them, so are unable to make sound decisions. Too often, they relate what they hear in a very limited manner and assume, before they fully analyze it, that it is the same as something they have already experienced. With the limited time we have available in our lives, that might seem understandable, but failure to fully review new material, concepts, ideas and opportunities limits the average person's ability to change their lives. It saddens me that people follow paths that are wrong decisions just because something looked like something they recognized as good before. In the same manner, they discard excellent prospects without full analysis because one small feature of what they were looking at reminded them of a prior poor experience. Thus, they discard an idea that could have changed their lives for the better!
